🕯️ What kind of candles do you make?

• We hand-pour clean coconut apricot wax candles into custom-cut vessels that are as unique as your vibe. Our candles come in 6oz, 8oz, and 12oz sizes—because sometimes it's "chill-and-unwind", and sometimes it's "scent-me-to-heaven" mode.

 

🫙 What kind of vessels do you use?

• We’re not picky—we’re resourceful. Our candles live their best lives in hand-cut glass bottles of all kinds: wine, beer, liquor—you name it, we’ve probably poured wax into it. We slice ‘em, sand ‘em, and give them a glow-up worthy of your coffee table.

 

⏳ How long do your candles burn?

Great question-because time flies when you're watching flames flicker.

• 6oz: 30–35 hours

• 8oz: 45–50 hours

• 12oz: 65–70 hours

(That’s hours of pure aromatic bliss, btw.)

 

.🧪 Can I choose my own scent, vessel, or color?

​Absolutely. You get to be the boss of your burn:

• Pick your scent from our rotating lineup

• choose your vessel size 

• Want to go wild? add color to your candle for a little extra flair

🎉 What’s the deal with your Birthday Bundle?

It’s a party in a box! Box includes:

• A birthday-scented candle

• A cute set of matches

• A customizable note (yes, even if it’s for yourself)

 

🫶 Can I send you my own vessel to fill?

• Heck yes, candle visionary! If you’ve got a funky mug, vintage glass, or sentimental bottle begging for a second act, we’re here for it. Just send it our way (clean and empty, please), and we’ll turn it into a custom candle masterpiece. You bring the vessel, we bring the flame.

 

📦 Where do you ship?

• Anywhere in the U.S.—except P.O. Boxes.

(Our candles are classy, and apparently, they need a real front door to arrive in style.)

 

⏱️ When will I get my order?​

• Custom: Please allow 14–17 days for hand-pouring, curing, (that's candle-speak for "gettin' ready"), and shipping

*Why so long, you ask? Because we cure each candle for 14 days to ensure a top-tier hot and cold throw. Our candles take a two-week spa retreat before they're ready to glow up.​

 

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Basically, if it taps, clicks, or scans-we take it:

🚫 Can I cancel or change my order?

• If it’s shipped, it’s sealed in wax fate. If not, reach out fast—we’ll do our best.

 

🔁 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

• We don’t do returns or swaps unless your candle arrives looking like it took a wrong turn in transit. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order—with pics, please—and we’ll make it right.

 

🕯️ Any candle care tips?

• Keep those wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch.

• Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

• And always supervise your flame—these are mood-setters, not fire starters.​

 

🌸 Do you offer seasonal or limited-edition scents?

• Oh, we do. Catch our seasonal and limited-time fragrances before they disappear like last year’s TikTok trends.
