Flicker & Flame Candle Shop reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are custom or made-to-order candles so please allow 14 days (total not just business) for your little bundle of joy to fully cured for maximum throw scent.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS and UPS, offering a variety of service options at checkout based on your location and desired speed.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (domestic U.S.) Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Free shipping promotions may be available periodically-follow us on social media or join our email list for updates!

Shipping Restrictions

We ship within the United States only. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for delivery at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Use the carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@flickerflamecandles.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit, and we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
