Return Eligibility

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, email us at contact@flickerflamecandles.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.

Refunds

If approved for a return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom candles, personalized products, and used candles cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges for fragrance preference or aesthetic reasons.
